Our development journey began long before Umbraco was even on the radar. Nevitech was founded in 2013 and has built exclusively on Umbraco ever since, drawing on our founder's software development experience dating back to 1998 and Microsoft .NET since 2002 (more on Justin below).

Justin Neville
Justin has worked in software development since 1998. He began writing C and C++ applications, moving to C# and .NET development in 2002. From 2002 to 2013 he built large-scale internal web applications for major companies in the finance and insurance sectors. In 2013, he founded Nevitech IT Solutions Ltd, and since then has focused exclusively on building and supporting websites using Umbraco CMS.
Justin is an Umbraco Certified Master and an award-winning Umbraco MVP. His particular strengths include system architecture, performance optimisation, complex troubleshooting, and writing clean, scalable code. He also mentors junior developers and works closely with agency partners on complex builds requiring specialist expertise.
Aleksandr Riabov
Aleks joined Nevitech in 2024 as a junior developer and is currently building his career in web development. With a strong interest in front-end technologies and a growing skillset in C# and .NET development, Aleks brings enthusiasm and meticulous attention to detail to every project.
He is already an Umbraco Certified Master and is actively learning advanced CMS concepts, integration patterns, and development workflows under Justin's mentorship. His fresh perspective and eagerness to learn make him a valuable addition to our team.
